A fast inspection tool for DST files.

1. Service Description

StitchQuote Web lets you open a Tajima DST file in a supported browser and inspect decoded stitch count, design size, color stops, warnings, and a visual stitch-path preview. The current Web tool does not provide digitizing, pricing, production management, or sewout services.

2. License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use StitchQuote for your personal or internal business inspection purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative services from the product except as permitted by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the files you choose to open and for having the rights and permissions needed to inspect them. Do not use the service to violate law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the service, or attempt to access systems or data that are not provided to you.

4. Intellectual Property

StitchQuote, its software, branding, text, and presentation are owned by their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of your files or grant rights to use StitchQuote branding beyond ordinary use of the service.

5. Informational Tool and Disclaimer

Results are provided for quick inspection and informational use. They are not a guarantee of sewout quality, production suitability, machine behavior, or commercial outcome. DST files do not reliably contain real thread color names or thread numbers. Preview colors and color stops are visual segmentation information, not a promise of actual thread colors.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every DST exporter, file variation, browser, device, or malformed file. Keep your own copies of files and independently verify important results.

6. App Store

The iOS application is distributed through Apple's App Store. Purchases, billing, and subscription management are handled by Apple. Availability may vary by region. The App Store is an external service subject to Apple's terms and policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StitchQuote is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties that the service or any result will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or production losses arising from use of or reliance on the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated or if the service is discontinued. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law survive termination where applicable.

9. Changes and Availability

We may change, suspend, interrupt, or discontinue the service or these terms without notice. The current version published on this page applies to current use.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where StitchQuote is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
